"The Local Rules for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota have been amended pursuant 28 U.S.C. § 2071 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 83(a). The amendments were adopted and approved by the Judges of the District Court, and will become effective on May 16, 2005. The Rules affected by the amendments are Local Rules ("LR") 7.1(c), 7.1(e), 72.1 and 72.2."
